How You Can Help During the COVID-19 Crisis
/COVID-19 is impacting us all and we know that our neighbors living with HIV are especially at risk. That's why we are so moved by those in our community looking for ways to lift the most vulnerable among us up and through this crisis. Here are several opportunities for you to have a big impact on PT residents today!

2. Volunteer (remotely) -
We have identified at least one volunteer opportunity you can engage in remotely now! You can sew CDC-compliant face masks for PT staff! Find instructions at www.deaconess.com/masks. For more information and volunteer opportunities contact Blythe Plunkett at bplunkett@projecttransitions.org.
3. Make a financial contribution -
The simplest way to support PT residents is to renew or continue your financial support. Your support is critical so that we can continue to offer uninterrupted care, support services, food pantry, and care coordination that ensures adherence to HIV medications and necessary care for overall health. We are still on the ground everyday at Doug's House providing round the clock, in-person care. For our Housing Program residents, we are in regular contact by phone, email, and limited on-site visits to ensure needs are being met. Your financial support ensures that we can continue our life-saving work.
