3. Make a financial contribution -
The simplest way to support PT residents is to renew or continue your financial support. Your support is critical so that we can continue to offer uninterrupted care, support services, food pantry, and care coordination that ensures adherence to HIV medications and necessary care for overall health. We are still on the ground everyday at Doug's House providing round the clock, in-person care. For our Housing Program residents, we are in regular contact by phone, email, and limited on-site visits to ensure needs are being met. Your financial support ensures that we can continue our life-saving work.
Project Transitions, a local nonprofit with a 30-year history of providing hospice care, housing, and support to people with HIV, has named Cynthia Herrera Executive Director.
